Everything as in the hotel description: short distance to the beach, good breakfast with a larger selection of coffee, tea, water and juices, courteous staff. The room is big enough, as is the bathroom, you can take a good shower. The window in the bathroom is very useful, allows for quick ventilation.
There is a good restaurant on the ground floor, the prices are ok and the food is very tasty.
There is private parking at the hotel, but not enough. Luckily we arrived right at the end of the season and were allowed to park for free on the street.
To mention is the cleanliness in the entire facility. The bed was comfortable and the linens were pleasant and very clean. The air conditioning worked both ways (cold and warm), WiFi was impeccable. The hotel is recommended.

I am very satisfied, a very successful trip, very close to the beach, very clean, good breakfasts, although a bit monotonous, but also great service in the restaurant, I will definitely come back here, but maybe even later in the year, because the second half of September was simply... hot!

Excellent cleanliness and kindness of the staff. The rest is not justifiable for the price paid. The room was ultra dated without a minimum of effort to modernize it. Very varied breakfast, but of poor quality, it's my personal opinion, but I think it's useless to make a thousand choices if none of them are pleasant; the only positive note was the abundance of fresh fruit. I wouldn't go back

Perfect hotel location for getting around Jesolo. Excellent buffet breakfast. I thank the structure for the pass given to me to use the parking just a few meters away. Very simple hotel in its structure, modernization works should be done; in our room there were no towel hangers in the bathroom, but overall it's fine for the price and quality. I recommend this property.

We stayed for three days at the beginning of September on the occasion of the FrecceTricolori Airshow. Simple but very nice and clean hotel, the staff (all female) were courteous and professional, excellent and plentiful breakfast, central location and close to the beach, parking included. We will return on other occasions. Highly recommended

Hotel declared 3 stars, paid as a 4, real 2. In our bathroom (family room with even small children) there was no bidet, there was a shower with curtains like in the 80s and the window looked out onto the balcony of the room neighbors . Pre-war fixtures. the only positive notes were the daily change of sheets and towels and the breakfast: rich, varied and served by a very very kind girl! Half or full board is NOT RECOMMENDED: the partner restaurant offers a very poor quantitatively and qualitatively menu.

Hotel for those without pretensions, near the sea and with parking space + beach included in the rate. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are showing their age, but still clean. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't judge it.

Ideal place for the location and therefore convenience, you park the car and forget it, you have everything within walking distance. Good and plentiful breakfast, very kind and helpful staff. Rooms a little dated but well kept and clean, room with spacious balcony and partial sea view.
