Very kind and helpful owner, he also gave us free late check out, very convenient location, just 100 meters from the sea, and excellent value for money. Clean room with terrace and basic breakfast, for the price paid, really worth it.

I stayed at this property during the days when the Jesolo Moonlight Half Marathon was taking place. Very friendly staff, really clean room, great breakfast and free parking. The hotel is located 100m from the sea, close to it, a few meters further away you can immerse yourself in the central street with all the well-known shops of the city.

Except only for the proximity to the sea. The structures are too old, shameful breakfast, indifferent staff. Groups arrived every day, there was an unbearable noise, shouting and shouting, they even knocked on my door at one in the morning, they were looking for a certain Sofia, their friend... it's not the kids' fault but the staff who don't give a damn... they came down having breakfast in your pajamas, barefoot or with bedroom slippers. Total disgusting.

I spent a quick weekend with my family in this hotel, the positive things are certainly the proximity to the beach, the staff who were courteous and the panoramic swimming pool on the top floor even if the water was very cold despite the outside temperature. I wouldn't give it 3 stars because the structure is very old, the room is very small and the bathroom has no window, the buffet doesn't exist in the sense that there is just a bit of raw vegetables. The website is misleading as it says that on the fifth floor there is a children's play area but it has been removed. The breakfast was quite varied. I don't recommend it for families

I stayed two nights in this hotel from 31 August to 2 September, with breakfast included, the room is a little dated but offers all the comforts, the swimming pool on the attic is the strong point... staff at the reception very helpful... Good experience

We get economy room and we recive economy room, that was small but with all the confort, air con very strong, swimmig pool is very, 1minute walk to go to the beach that was great, we recive a pass for a couple of beds and umbrella, very nice!!! Total experience was very nice and we hope to come back in the future.

The hotel is very dated, the sanitary ware is old and our bathroom smelled of sewage. In the room there were few power sockets and stained walls. Room ready at 2 pm but at 7 pm there was still no towels to take a shower. Very poor breakfast buffet. Furthermore, the hotel is a 40-minute walk from the main squares. The only positive note is the available and free parking, the proximity to the sea with free umbrellas.

The strength of this hotel is the location, parking, swimming pool and good food. Negative point the cleaning (the beds were made in the rooms by lifting only the bedspread and throwing away the bleach), the breakfast and dinner room with dirty placemats and tablecloths. The old super dated rooms. But excellent value for money given that the beach is included. Let's just say you get what you pay for.

Clean room, not big, very small bathroom for 3 people, broken tap, no storage. average balcony. Catastrophic food, breakfast, soft bread every day, dinners 2 evenings roasts with diluted liquid sauce for the following evening, 3 evenings the same desserts (we were a bus of 68 people) Besides the last evening on 1/3 from the bus was eating at the nearby restaurant. The service ladies and receptionist are very friendly and smiling. On the other hand, the young dark-haired man who acts as a waiter, bartender (if he wants to) pushes an empty cart at 6 a.m. in the elevator is very unfriendly, almost polite. I will not recommend this hotel
