Termini Beach Hotel & Suites

Io e la mia ragazza siamo tornati a Jesolo e per la seconda volta abbiamo scelto il Termini Beach Hotel. Non capisco come si possa dare 1 pallino!? Tutto nuovo, colazione fino a tardi e ricca di ogni bontà. A mezzogiorno poi c’è il Pasta Time, una figata di light lunch a bordo piscina. Cosa c’è di meglio? La famiglia è presente ma sembra molto in armonia con lo staff e tutto è come ci si aspetta dal sito. Se nel 2024 andrò ancora a Jesolo, questo hotel sarà di sicuro la nostra prima scelta. Bravi a tutti.

Mi sono ritrovata delusa, servizi scadenti per il prezzo, stesso vale per il ristorante soprattutto. Proporzioni del cibo troppo pochi rispetto al prezzo. Tuttavia devo dire il perdonale è molto cordiale.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Strand mit kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Es gibt auch einen großen beheizten Pool und ein Kinderbecken. Frühstück ist sehr gut mit genügend Auswahl. Wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit zu Mittag Pasta zu essen, das haben wir aber nur 1x genutzt, da das Frühstück ausreichend war und wir Abends essen gingen. Das gesamte Personal vom Chef, Kellner, Putzfrauen ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich kostenlos Fahrräder leihen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Bad ist klein aber fein. Es gibt auch einen abgesperrten Parkplatz nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Frühstück und Meerblick gebucht, das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Fußläufig gibt es genügend Restaurants, wo man gut essen kann zB "la vela". Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Sono anni che vengo in questo hotel e sono stupita da quanto ogni anno ne resto stupefatta .ringrazio elena per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità...come lei anche la sua famiglia sempre gentile e cordiale....le cameriere gentilissime e sempre attente a tutto ...a noi ospiti ..quest anno ho portato i miei genitori ,ripetevano in continuazione che non erano mai stati in un posto così,non si erano mai trovati così bene, sono rimasti stupiti dall hotel dalla pulizia dal cibo ,ogni anno migliora,dalla gentilezza di tutti quelli che ci lavorano. Potrei scrivere pagine ,l unica cosa che tengo a sottolineare se puo essere utile a chi legge ,non fermatevi a guardare le recensioni negative ....qui di negativo non c e nulla e vi dico solo provate ...provate a passare qualche giorno qui e non potrete più farne a meno .ahhh io ci torno 10 giorni ad agosto bravissimi tutti tutti tutti grazie di tutto e un saluto a elena e famiglia...ancora complimenti

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia dal 17 al 24 di luglio 2021, hotel 4 stelle ma sinceramente non ne valgono, a parte la piscina e la posizione fronte mare il resto bisogna cambiarlo, camere molto vecchie con mobilio anni 60, letto a castello per i bambini pericolante, cibo buono anche se potevano fare di più, sempre lo stesso piatto di pasta a pranzo, buffet esiguo per un 4 stelle, personale di sala senza sorriso a parte due ragazze..mi sa che non ci torneremo, le aspettative erano molto alte ma purtroppo non sono state così mi spiace

Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Termini Beach Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand, zu der Einkaufsstraße und ein Ausflug ins nahe gelegene Venedig war für uns das Termini Beach Hotel der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig, auch der Zimmerausblick zum Meer hat uns verzaubert. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei. Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr bemüht und freundlich!

Nous fréquentons cet établissement depuis de nombreuses années. Un établissement à dimensions humaines, tenu par une famille très gentille. Les points + : un établissement de qualité, d’une propreté irréprochable à l’exception des 2 piscines, chambres spacieuses et literie très bonne. La direction est adorable. Les repas sont bons et le dîner est servi à table. L’accès direct à la plage et les transats sont très agréables, le parking est gratuit. Les points - à améliorer : une baisse considérable de la qualité du service : des longues attentes pour être servis, et parfois pour trouver un serveur, cela nous a clairement dérangé cette année. La salle de restaurant n’est pas assez climatisée. La vétusté de la piscine avec des mosaïques cassées nombreuses, des joints noirs de saleté, des échelles trop étroites, des traces jaunes sur la mosaïque (résidus de crème solaire). Nous invitons la direction à porter attention au fait que la piscine est vraiment vétuste comparée aux autres hôtels et indigne d’un établissement 4 étoiles. La suppression du buffet des desserts et donc l’absence totale de fruits frais tous les soirs (une fois en 10 jours). Les horaires des repas : petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h30 donc la pastatime de 12h a 13h serait bien mieux de 12h30 à 14h et le soir il serait bien de laisser les clients dîner jusqu’à 21h (c’est l’été !!!! Les journées sont longues). Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour et c’est une adresse que nous recommandons ! La direction est vraiment gentille.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my family. The location of the hotel is perfect, facing the beach, the access to the sea is very convenient, sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price, but we were surprised when they charged us for the towels for the pool / beach! (3 € / towel) . The staff is unqualified and very cold, we didn't even see a smile in 2 days ... the waitress at the bar made a mistake in taking the order and brought me a totally different cocktail from the one I had ordered, when I pointed it out to her she didn't even apologize and did it again with an annoyed expression. The breakfast is a 2 star, for 2 consecutive days I found the water lukewarm and not hot to make a tea, they kept forgetting to turn on the kettle. The quality of the food is poor .. let's not talk about the variety ... the breakfast was not self service (due to covid) but the staff still didn't have gloves when they gave us the dishes .. Parking not in the hotel, but anyway easily reachable on foot. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but the cosmetic set offered is very poor .. certainly not 4 stars. The air conditioner was very noisy and difficult to regulate. I wouldn't have complained if I were a 2 star hotel, but choosing a certain type of hotel you expect better service.

we stayed 4 days this week in this hotel on the beach in a decentralized position (the central area with the shops is 2-3 km away). Clean hotel, large rooms (slightly noisy air conditioning), varied breakfast. Private beach. Very nice staff and always ready to respond to requests. Upon our notification that we would be leaving during the night, they offered us croissants, biscuits and water for the trip (it will be a "small thing" but we really appreciated it). Enclosed parking at 200 meters. It is a very quiet area suitable for families
