Seldom have I found such highly praised accommodation so disgusting. Totally smoky! Only 1 cup in the cupboard and it was already used and dirty. Mouldy shower! Door code didn't work! No towels. Poor contact with help.

I do not recommend renting the Smartflats apar**ent. It was a horrible service, the apar**ent was unsanitary. Torn wallpaper, broken and dirty sofa. No heating, it was 11 degrees in the apar**ent. The bed was dirty. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty. The dishes were dirty in the dishwasher. Very dark light we could barely see in the apar**ent. I do not recommend this rental.

On arrival we had a problem with the code provided, the one provided did not work, having to wait in front of the building door for us to receive a new code. In the meantime I tried to call the number of our reserved apar**ent (no answer which seems logical) but 2 minutes later a man came out which seemed strange to us but allowed us to enter. After the same problem in front of the apar**ent door: wrong code. In the end we managed to get the right one but we were surprised when we entered the apar**ent: horrible smell, very dirty, it was very cold logically the heating was stuck at 17°C and we couldn't increase anything. In short, as if someone had squatted in the apar**ent!! (probably the person who opened the door to us just before!!). We therefore contacted customer service by sending them all the supporting photos because we cannot see ourselves sleeping in this environment and in a dirty bed! But for them these are just signs of wear so it's normal! No compensation or search for solutions to the big ****-up! We had to urgently look for accommodation! To sum up, HOUSING TO ESCAPE!!!

I was only able to access the apar**ent from 9 p.m. I spent 3 hours trying to get the access codes I finally received codes; that of access to the building works but not that of the apar**ent; I lost another 20 minutes before getting it but found myself stuck outside because the entrance one had been changed 3rd floor with broken elevator plus horrible stay Michael

Just DISGUSTING!! FLEE.. we stayed 3 days without blankets or duvets. In addition to the dirt and disgusting walls, we came back from a walk and 3 people were squatting in our apar**ent!! No response from smartflat! Surely a ghost company?!

We rented this apar**ent at the beginning of October. The photos on the site are completely misleading. The apar**ent was dirty, dilapidated, the curtains were torn off, the tap was taped, leaks on the floor and ceiling, urine on the floor and walls of the toilets, sofa bed stained and full of crumbs, mattress stained in the bedrooms without a mattress pad. In short, to vomit. We had to look for a hotel at 11 p.m. And of course, they are unreachable, we are still waiting for the refund! The health services should pass, in the Covid period it is simply unacceptable!!!!
