Tolles, charmantes Schlosshotel mit direkter Lage an der Mosel. Zimmer upgrade ohne Aufpreis erhalten damit mit Moselblick 👍 Frühstück von 7 bis 11 Uhr, also keine Eime beim Aufstehen. Service zuvorkommend, besonders an der Rezeption. Auschecken um 11 doch man kann bis 22h den Wellnessbereich nutzen und bekommt einen Korb mit Bademantel und Pantoffeln. Gerne wieder ✌️

Das Schloss Lieser hat einen tollen Flair mit wunderschönen Räumen und einer tollen Terasse. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück erfüllte alle Wünsche. Die Bar ist sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten jeden Abend nette Gäste kennen gelernt. Die paar Tage, die wir da waren, bleiben in unserer Erinnerung . Wir haben uns vorgenommen wieder zu kommen

Ons verblijf in kasteel Lieser en ons diner in restaurant Puricelli werden gekenmerkt door teleurstellingen. Ondanks de grootsheid van de gevel slaagt het kasteel er niet in om een ervaring te bieden die aan zijn pretenties voldoet. De kamers, hoewel er moeite is gedaan, missen ernstig aan charme en comfort, met meubilair dat niet bijdraagt aan een gastvrije sfeer. Bovendien lijkt het personeel, duidelijk jong en onervaren, ook weinig kennis van wijn te hebben, wat de gastronomische ervaring ernstig ondermijnt. Hoewel het menu van het restaurant diversiteit en kwaliteit beloofde, is de aanwezigheid van gerechten uit de voedingsindustrie simpelweg onaanvaardbaar op dit niveau van pretentie. Het ontbreken van een sommelier is een ander negatief punt, evenals de lange wachttijden en de te hoge prijzen. Zelfs aan de bar is het aanbod van cocktails beperkt en lijkt te zijn samengesteld door een amateur, ver verwijderd van de verwachte normen in een etablissement van deze omvang. Kortom, kasteel Lieser en restaurant Puricelli stellen teleur op alle fronten, ze houden hun beloften niet en laten een nasmaak van ontevredenheid achter.

Schitterend hotel met mooie ligging en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hebben twee overnachtingen geboekt om met gans de familie de streek te ontdekken. Er zijn mooie wandelingen te doen alsook het wijnproeven in de buurt. ‘s avonds lekker gegeten, enige minpunt was dat het ons veel moeite kostte voor een restaurant reservering te doen. De sauna en zwembad was ook zeer aangenaam

Hace poco tuve el placer de alojarme en Schloss Lieser y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal hizo todo lo posible para garantizar mi comodidad y satisfacción. Los recepcionistas fueron muy serviciales y respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas. La habitación estaba limpia y era luminosa, y el servicio de habitaciones siempre fue puntual. El lujoso alojamiento, unido a un servicio excepcional, hizo que mi estancia fuera realmente memorable. La ubicación privilegiada del hotel hizo que explorar la ciudad fuera super fácil, y estoy deseando volver a Schloss Lieser en mi próxima visita. Muy recomendable.
