Ho prenotato questa struttura perchè sia sul loro sito e sia su Booking hanno scritto di una piscina riscaldata, così con i bambini ,in caso di mal tempo, potevamo usufruire. Abbiamo trovato acqua gelida e la piscina piccola pure mal tenuta!

Very kind and nice staff! Very helpful for any request and also for moving the car to the hotel car parks, top bike service and fantastic soundproofed room, the only flaw was the bathroom where I would add a shower cubicle but really fabulous!

We suddenly came here after a check in and a check out in a nearby Bella Italia efa village that I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy .... Samantha welcomed us to the Soraya with a smile and a kindness that only people like me does the same job can understand. .she was kind and helpful and we had a divine time we even managed to do late check out which is no small thing for someone like me who has only 2 days of vacation ... the children were delighted they said "you couldn't find a better place this room is beautiful "thanks to all the staff you saved our mini vacation ... I hope it's a goodbye .. maybe next time you come to us .. With love Anna

I spent one night in this hotel Room inadequate... DISASTRO....abbiamo trascorso 2 notti...al 4o piano sopra di noi nn so se c'era l'impianto di climatizzazione generale o la lavanderia, fatto sta che dalle 07.40 del mattino fino a notte è come avere un aereo acceso sul soffitto un rumore quasi assordante....per poi non parlare delle cameriere che sono entrate 2 volte su 2 alle 8.40 del mattino mentre noi stavamo ancora dormendo.... poi c'era una specie di condizionatore vecchissimo ...lo accendo inizia a uscire acqua da tutte le parti sul pavimento....UN DISASTRO Lo sconsiglio totalmente ....pulizia zero... servizi zero... pagato 510e 2 notti....i soldi piu' buttati in vita mia

Hotel molto comodo per la spiaggia, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto. Ho dato solo 3 stelline per la pulizia della camera che non era al massimo. Ho trovato capelli ovunque e il bagno non era perfetto. La doccia molto piccola. Per il prezzo vista la stagione alta e la zona abbiamo pagato molto poco per cui lo consiglio per chi come noi abbiamo fatto una toccata e fuga.

Personale gentile, hotel carino e pulito, un pó deludente il condizionatore perché molto rumoroso. Hotel a 2 passi dal mare, ci serviva solo per lavarci e dormire. Vicinissimo anche dal centro. Abbiamo anche preso dei voucher per l'accesso in spiaggia privata, l"ombrellone e 2 sdraio, riservati a noi (ovviamente non compreso nel prezzo) . Parcheggio privato dotato di telecamere, Luca( il parcheggiatore) è semplicemente il top, molto gentile e disponibile!
