Wonderful hotel 🏩 top class service, the best in my life. 🏨 ARULA•J is new hotel, nice designed. Everything is very clean and beautiful.
All the hotel staff are professional and very hospitable. 🥟Breakfast is very extensive, delicious, delicate desserts and even freshly baked waffles.
🥮We were treated to sweet soup every evening. Afternoon tea in the hotel bar - excellent relaxation. The hotel staff is extremely hospitable, always smiling and helpful. Recommended restaurants, shows, helped to buy tickets. Amazing view from the hotel roof at sunrise 🏔️ !!! I recommend 200%! Locations also perfect 🤩

The overall environment and service are great, and you can even feed the sika deer! It would be even better if the deer were free-roaming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we even got a bedtime dessert when we returned to the hotel at night. The only thing that needs improvement is the lighting for makeup in the bathroom – it's not very good, and the light automatically turns off if you stand still for too long.

The hotel entrance looks like a tourist attraction. While the space isn't as grand as an InterContinental, it makes up for it with newer decor and facilities. The antique garden-style design is excellent. You can even feed and take photos with the deer, which my daughter absolutely loved!
