I had an amazing experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared.
The food was another highlight of the stay. Whether it was breakfast or room service, everything was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. The variety was great, and every meal felt like a nice treat.
The facilities were well-maintained, and I really appreciated the little details that made the stay extra pleasant. Service was consistently fast and friendly, and the overall environment was calm and relaxing.
Overall, it was a perfect stay — great service, great food, and great comfort. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely return! 💯✨

The hotel was amazing! It’s located right next to the lake with panoramic windows offering stunning views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The location is convenient — not far from Lijiang Old Town. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the airport, bus station, and high-speed train station. The staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This is the most impressive homestay of my entire trip. Although I only stayed for one night, everything was exceptionally brilliant. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, where you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. They also provide free car rides to both old towns, which is super convenient. The breakfast was great and had more variety than other hotels we stayed at during this trip.
The service is on another level. The staff were very helpful with our bags, explaining everything clearly (one of them speaks pretty good English), and giving us useful suggestions. We accidentally left our oxygen meter behind after checking into another hotel, and they contacted us immediately and arranged to deliver the package to us free of charge. Everything was handled so quickly and professionally.

This accommodation was absolutely stunning! The service was incredibly personalized - they even remembered my room number. When they found out we had to check out early and would miss breakfast, they kindly offered to pack a takeaway for us. On top of that, I had booked a room with an outdoor hot tub, but they went above and beyond by offering to change me to a room with an indoor hot tub so my kids could enjoy it despite the chilly weather

國慶期間臨時定的，到店後給了大大的驚喜，房間大且簡約清爽，有很調性，床品很舒服，特別是慢回彈的枕頭，本頸椎不好的人大愛，躺在榻榻米上就能看到日照金山，住了四晚，每天下午茶都有些許變化，公區也很舒適，早餐邊看雪山邊嗦米線！管家小哥哥小姐姐都很友善禮貌，微信溝通很及時，有問必答，特別是有個廣州小姐姐，特別好，是我每天出門的晴雨表，對民宿周邊還有景區甚至於各個咖啡店都很訊息對等！中秋節當晚還有免費的月餅水果擺台，可以自在的賞月啃餅！民宿就在清溪湖邊，清晨的散步，非常的chill，晚上也不吵，很適合沉浸式放空，一定會再來！

The best stay ever, all the staffs have been very helpful, I’m sorry I forgotten her name , she was really attentive to our requests knowing that we are Muslims & prepare take away breakfast for us since we have an early appointment. Thank you for making our stay a memorable even for a short while.
