On July 23, 2025, I booked a total of seven rooms (4 standard double rooms and 3 king rooms). On the 24th, eLong canceled 4 standard double rooms without my consent. On the 24th and 25th, I negotiated with the platform and canceled another king room. They refused to cancel the last two king rooms no matter what. The front desk staff did not ask clearly and just said that the rooms were full. How are we supposed to stay? We drove from Guangxi and there are 20 of us. We should just cancel them all.

The facilities are old and the hygiene is not good. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. The slippers are not non-slip and I almost fell several times. Moreover, there is almost no sound insulation, and the sounds from other rooms and corridors can be heard clearly. Overall, the stay experience is poor, which affects the overall travel experience.
