服務：悦榕莊的品質和服務一直都特別在線，住過幾次悦榕莊酒店，管家的服務都非常的貼心。這次是在昆明跑完馬拉松剛好來麗江給老公過生日，管家Alice提前和我聯繫並且因為我提前備註了需要好景色而升級了陽台景觀房型，進去房間後瞬間覺得頂着嚴重的高反都值得了。Alice的服務真的沒的説，因為我老公過陰曆生日，並且其實是第二天才生日，但是Alice一樣送了生日蛋糕到房間，雙重驚喜。酒店的其他服務人員也都很優秀，電瓶車的工作人員服務也很好，一直幫忙拿行李，很熱情。
環境：三進的庭院式風格，直麪雪山，麗江的冬天也別有一番韻味。酒店離束河古鎮衹有700米，非常方便。麗江古城雖然很有名，但是束河古鎮感覺沒有那麼商業化也有一些歷史痕跡。

Just pure meditation. My room / villa was incredible, the staff was amazing. My trip host ( Abby Hu , Xiao Hu ) such a sweet woman who helped me all along my trip. The massage therapist done such a great work. The activities in hotel are so interesting ( Tai chi with Teacher 周维林 ) and the environment was just a blessing. I also done a tour recommended by the hotel , I highly recommend the Tiger Leaping Gorge hike, William was just the best Tour Guide. Finally, the food was very great, I even got a take away breakfast I could choose as I was leaving early.
