The hotel is located inside the ancient town. There's several ways to reach the hotel, long way with no stairs or short way with stairs. The manager and the staff were very nice and helpful. They contacted us before our check in time to inform us that they will help with the bags. They showed us the way to the main attractions in the ancient city from the hotel. He even explained on how to use the electric blanket. He can speak english too! We were too tired to find pharmacy for the oxygen, but luckily they sell it there. Their oxygen tank is not a scam at all, we only used 2 for 3 people (with the support of medication and well rest too). To find halal food in the ancient city might be a little struggle, need to walk out of the ancient town. If you wanna experience living in the ancient town, find hotel that can be this helpful so you won't feel left out.

The hotel is at Lijiang Ancient Town which located at the middle of north and south gate. Very strategic! The host is very kind and helpful. He can speak English too! Eventhough, car cannot reach at the hotel, but the host will sent other guys to pick up you and bring your luggage to the hotel. I like the decoration of the hotel! Very beautiful and calm. The room is good too. Water pressure good, have hot water. There is no bidet but u can use the shower as a bidet 😁. Can request late checkout too.. At 2 pm. Then, u can store your luggage at the hotel counter if your train is still late. The hotel have washer machine too, and there is no limit time! Highly recommended!

Overall a good stay in this homestay. The owner is so kind and informative. We even got a free upgraded room during our stay. They also provide a luggage carry service. The location of the homestay is good. A lot of restaurants nearby, and it's only around 300 m from The Big Wheel.

The location is 5 star. Is not far from the north gate of the anciant city, the iconic big waterwheel, Square market. The hotel is located inside the ancient city. It is a very quiet spot. They welcome us and bring our luggage back to our hotel. Execellent service. The owner is generous and friendly. He briefed us safety on LiJiang snow mountain and local trip. Very informative. And also the owner allowed us to to choose our rooms since is low season. He can speak English fluently. The room is cleaned and nice ambient. Amazing view from thier observation deck toward snow mountain. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definately back to this hotel for our next stay.
