The staff and cleaning ladies were all really nice, and the environment was super clean. There were even two dogs you could pet! The room itself totally blew me away – everything was smart-controlled, and it even had a Dyson hairdryer. There's also a laundry room. The only minor drawback is having to go up and down stairs, but everything else was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

The room's location is excellent, tucked away in a small alley just off the main road, making it super convenient to get anywhere. It's also very quiet at night. Location has a spectacular view at the top of the building where we’ll have breakfast and also enjoy the afternoon and evening special tea. The owner of the hotel is also very hospitable. The room is very well designed and during winter it doesn’t even feel like in winter, because of the heating available in the room and even in the toilet.
I would highly recommend this hotel. A slight note is that there is no lift, but the hotel staff will carry your luggages up to the room.

The hotel located in the small street, however, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I request the car pick up at the train station and they arrange for us easily only 40 rmb. The room is clean and warm, i have deep sleep.
Anyway my friend room have the light problem. The hotel offer us new room but the all luggage was repacking. So in the morning they offered to refund the room for us. That’s is the really good response. We really appreciate it and definitely come back and recommended
Top floor you can see the perfect view of jade dragon mountain. You shall stay here. The room rate are really friendly too.

Facilities: Very new.
"Private Car Pick-up Service" Enjoy free airport/train station pick-up when you stay 3 nights.
Service: Excellent, better than most hotels.
Hygiene: Very clean.
The rooftop was amazing, the biggest highlight. Breakfast was delicious, and the dog was very cute.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of sunshine making it warm. Even with the air conditioning on at night, it doesn't get cold. The heated toilet seat is very comfortable. The mattress is also very comfortable. The breakfast rice noodle set is delicious, and they offer afternoon tea. In the evenings, there's even butter tea, which is a thoughtful touch. The large balcony on the 5th floor offers an excellent view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It's also very close to Lijiang Old Town, within walking distance. There are two lovely dogs at the hotel, especially the Alaskan Malamute, 'Xiao Shi Yi,' who is very smart and lively. All the hotel staff are wonderful; they even gave us delicious apples on Christmas Eve. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I originally booked the Panorama View room for only one night, and the second night was a room without a view. However, the hotel kindly upgraded me to stay in the Panorama View room for both nights free of charge, which was absolutely amazing.
The room was beautiful, with a stunning view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. I was truly impressed.
The service was excellent and very attentive. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both provided, and the staff kindly helped carry my luggage during both check-in and check-out.
