We specially came back to Lijiang and to this hotel after last wonderful stay. Again it didn’t disappoint. The beautiful Heilongtan and Xiangshan is right outside our window. Breathtaking view. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Leilei 蕾蕾 took good care of us from the beginning to the end. Clean rooms, very helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent location. Highly recommended.

After a long and tiring day of traveling from Feilaishi, we arrived late in the evening, and it was raining and cold. We were offered some hot ginger tea, and that really warmed us up. The room we booked had a view of the Black Dragon Pool, but it faced the main road—not ideal if you are a light sleeper. I appreciate that they let us know in advance and offered other alternatives. The check-in was fast, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The afternoon tea was a luxury, and the buffet breakfast spread was good. We didn't really get to explore much of the surroundings, but I am quite sure there are plenty of eateries and groceries within walking distance. We were also given a goody bag upon checking out. What I really wish to commend the hotel staff for is their alertness and attentiveness to your needs.
