Facilities: The property is brand new, equipped with smart home devices throughout, which makes everything incredibly convenient and practical. The washing machine was a fantastic addition.

This was my first visit, and thankfully, the staff's patient explanations made it a truly wonderful and memorable experience. Five stars! The location is absolutely fantastic—super easy to find and incredibly close to the subway station, making it extremely convenient for both arrival and getting around. What's more, the group buying voucher I used offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend everyone to come and check it out!

The owners were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The family has a lovely and playful dog named Pipi. The room size very spacious and the views are magnificent. They helped us arranged a private day trip and even brought us all the way to meet our driver.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after traveling for over a week, this was by far our favorite place. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, picking us up from outside the city, helping with our luggage, and even guiding us to park our car in their free parking lot. Upon check-in, we were offered snacks. The entire place featured smart home amenities and top-brand appliances. The shoe dryer was a thoughtful touch and incredibly convenient – the host really understood what travelers need! The location was great for visiting all the attractions, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. We tried all the hotpot and Chinese restaurants the host recommended, and were extremely happy with every single one – great value for money and no disappointments whatsoever. Overall, a truly satisfying trip to Lijiang. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The service was absolutely awful. During check-in, the owner actually told us not to bother him with calls unless it was an emergency. He constantly wore a scowl, always looking displeased. Honestly, this is the worst guesthouse service I've ever encountered.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lijiang Old Town, just a short stroll from Sifang Street, the most central and lively area. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us with itinerary planning and even arranging tickets. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only minor drawbacks were that being in the central area means it can get a bit noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't ideal. We also noticed a slight vibration on the floor when walking around the room.
