We chose the Business King Room at the Ji Hotel Lijiang Ancient Town South Gate for our family trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to the South Gate of Lijiang Ancient Town, making it super convenient to get in and out. The room was clean and tidy with great attention to detail, and the KingKoil mattress ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The mini-fridge was also very practical. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were warm, courteous, and very responsive. Facilities were well-maintained, and parking was convenient, making it ideal for families visiting the ancient town. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

This hotel is conveniently located right by the road, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. If you're not a fan of staying in the Old Town, this is a great option as it's still very close, and Shuhe Ancient Town is just a ten-minute taxi ride away! Plus, there's a Walmart next door, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. They also provide a delicious breakfast, along with complimentary tea and coffee, which is a lovely touch. The staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly warm, gentle, and polite!

I booked a more expensive 'stress-relief' room, only to find it was right next to a disco and the central air conditioning unit. From 11 PM to 3 AM, the disco's booming music made my heart pound. After the disco closed, I finally managed to fall asleep, only to be woken up at 5 AM by the humming of the central AC unit. When I asked the front desk to switch rooms, the staff told me there were no other rooms of the same type available. I had to downgrade to a different room (without a refund for the price difference from the front desk) just to get some sleep. My plans for the day were completely ruined. This hotel has really bizarre pricing. As someone who usually loves giving good reviews, I can't give this place five stars.

Upon arrival, there's staff at the entrance to help with luggage, and check-in is incredibly quick – usually under a minute. They provide detailed answers to tourism inquiries, and the rooms are well-maintained with replenished drinking water. Room cleaning is also very prompt. 2. The hotel facilities are new and practical. Various in-room amenities are very convenient to use, and having two washing machines and two dryers is highly efficient. The staff even help guests organize and collect their laundered clothes.
