We are so glad we chose this hotel. There is shuttle bus to Airport, and airport to the central is convenient and fast.
Most importantly, Christian the staff at reception was amazing. He was so sincere, we have enjoyed Amsterdam thankful for his informations. And other staffs were all smiling and nice.
The room is so clean. Perfect. Would like to stay here again.

The location was hard to access for public transport. There are no food places nearby other than a gas station and macdonalds.

1. The temperature was less than 5 degrees at night, and the air conditioner in the room only blew cold air. The air conditioner was very old, and the physical buttons were almost out of order. The decoration of the room was so old that the ceiling could not be assembled into a complete roof. It was a very cold room. I stayed there for a whole night.
2. A male receptionist spoke very softly. I had to keep sticking my head out of the front desk to ask him to repeat himself. His attitude was always cold.
3. The airport to the hotel is picked up by a free bus. If you want to leave this place the next day, it costs 5 euros per person. There is no village or store nearby and no other public transportation.
