Stayed here one night with my tour group. Room 107 - very basic Room faces parking lot so lots of noise. Birds squawking late at night and early AM. No A/C or ventilation system. It was much warmer than normal so the room was extremely hot. No safe, body lotion. Body wash & shampoo combined. Breakfast had,ok,choices. Good location. Around 10 min walk to town centre,

Excellent stay. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The complimentary dinner was great. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

It's a pretty basic hotel, which for the price is actually really great. They include breakfast, light dinner all inclusive, which in a place as expensive as Norway is kinda wild for the price. Which excuses a lot of issues, namely the bed is really cheap, the mattress very saggy, room was quite hot. Everything was very clean though. Great parking (though expensive) and everyone seemed very friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk away from the Gågata pedestrian area with its restaurants and shopping. It's a much longer trek to the ski jump area which is definitely worth a visit when the jumpers are practicing. Parking in the hotel's garage is 250 NOK per night (you need to reserve space in advance). We actually parked outside the hotel on the street and used the EasyPark app to pay (the fee was minimal as parking was free from 5pm to 9am). Our basic room was a fairly standard size but with a nice shower room...and it was spotlessly clean. The only issue was the lack of air-conditioning. Unusually, our booking rate included both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was a decent spread and in fact better than we had experienced in many more expensive hotels, whilst dinner turned out to be a Tex-Mex buffet. It was more than adequate and great value for money given the very reasonable rate that we had paid. The hotel has a small gym and sauna too, and lots of outdoor terrace seating. In the afternoon, they serve complimentary cake with tea or coffee (tea/coffee are freely available at anytime). Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel.

Apparently the hotel caters to bus tours and does not have the space and facilities to handle the morning breakfast rush. The breakfast buffet was a zoo with everyone trying to eat at the same time around 7:00. They only had one coffee machine for all the patrons. The Hotel faces a busy street so that there was a lot of noise as we were trying to sleep. Also they did not have blackout curtains. The towels were threadbare. They offer a free dinner which did not appear appetizing so we ate elsewhere.

Staying in home hotels is great! Don't pay extra when booking for meals because they are included! Large breakfast spread, afternoon snack and dinner. Staff were lovely and extremely friendly. One found us a free place to park which saved us a ton of money. Sadly in lillehammer nothing is on the lake but we had a decent view of the mountains and were close to the main tourist area. Definitely recommend! Would have been nice to have a safe in the room and rooms aren't huge but are more than adequate

Great boutique hotel!
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was wonderful in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We hope to be able to come again.
