Great and comfortable bed very clean and cozy I enjoyed every bit of it and loved my stay with my family food is very close and everything is right around the corner , they clean all the rooms very well I love it and am very happy with my stay and will return

Very generous and helpful and nice they are quick and speedy and absolutely always there for service , I recommend staying and trying it out at least once then coming back for more , me and my family enjoyed it very much and thank them for there service

I really like being here. I had bad luck and when you get evicted. You have to wait a long while before. You can find a place to live in Houston. Great, they have great service. They clean anytime you ask and I really like the owners. They help you out a lot thank you guys you really help me out

Comfortable room and helpful staff. Clean sheets and towels. Hot water and tv worked fine. Would recommend if you visit Lima. Pillows were comfortable and shower was clean. Room came with cups, ice bags, everything you would need to accommodate your stay.

The rooms are clean the bathrooms and beds are amazing super quiet and has good wifi incase you need to do work easy is to book and get a room easily able to get food and in the future there is gas station being opened right next door allowing good access to needs

Bathroom needs major Reno absolutely terrible
But it did have hot water
Could only get one channel on tv
Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable
If it’s $50 a night, maybe
But too expensive for what it is

The property is so dirty and feel unsafe. Look like they dont take care the property at all. In orbitz they put choices for breakfast and wifi for additional $5, but they don't have that service actually. so the staff asked us to call orbitz for $5 refund. I don't why the still put that choices of service in orbitz if they don't have it.

Choose anywhere but here in Lima, place smells like an old bar that was smoked in for 50 years. Water temp continually went from hot to cold and there was just a piece of bare Sheetrock above the shower where the room above had leaked. The drawers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest.
