在利馬的第二天換到這家青旅，位置不錯，對於喜歡徒步走街串巷的我們而言。走去市區主要景點大約3公里。總體上性價比較高。

Es un lugar muy limpio El personal que trabaja es muy amable y atento Al momento de llegar me entregaron un folleto con informacion turistica. Tambien es bastante seguro y esta a pasos del centro lo cual de accesibilidad a una buena locomocion para los lugares turisticos de la zona.

Tiene un dueño muy amable y gentil. La señal de wifi no era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy cómoda. Estaba un poco preocupado por escuchar voces de otras habitaciones, pero hay supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia y panaderías cerca, lo cual es conveniente.

Realicé mi reserva a través de una llamada, Karolina fue muy amable al conseguirme una habitación mixta muy linda y cómoda, la habitación cuenta con enchufe en cada cama para poder cargar tu celular, super conveniente!, llegué por la tarde y en la recepción me recibió muy cálidamente Fátima, gracias a ella y su gran ayuda pude llegar a mi evento a tiempo, Fátima eres lo máximo!. Recomiendo Lima house a 100 si buscan un lugar céntrico y con todas las comodidades bâsicas para tu pasantía en Lima, además de un personal genial y muy cálido.

Positivos: A pé você consegue ir no shopping, casas de câmbio, parque e praças. De carro fica próximo à rodoviária. Cama muito confortável Negativos: Local pequeno, café da manhã modesto, informações divergentes. No meu caso: Reservei 2 diárias, fiquei 1 diária e avisei previamente que não ficaria no quarto no segundo dia pois um amigo estaria fazendo check in em um quarto individual. No final tive que pagar minhas duas diárias e ainda o quarto individual. Além disso, a informação foi passada que poderia fazer isso e depois foi me cobrado.
