Ubicación muy buena para restaurantes y mal experiencia en la habitación, inodoro atorado, ducha sin fuerza de agua, no hay servicio de lavado y planchado en el hotel, etc. el personal de restaurant no tiene experiencia sobre todo educación.

Hotel muito limpo, funcionários educados e solicitos, super bem localizado (próximo ao Barranco, Miraflores entre outros). Pontos negativos são: Café da manhã simples, o quarto que não está reformado (um pouco antigo) e festas a noite com música muito alta.

El aire acondicionado malogrado en la habitación, gotea, moja toda la alfombra lo que genera humedad en la habitación, El Servicio higiénico también en mal estado Pedí ayuda para solucionar ambas cosas, el problema continua, no lo recomiendo ya que es inaceptable el goteo persiste que además no deja descansar

La atención buena, la comida y desayuno muy variada y la ubicación genial, pero la instalación es antigua y algunas infraestructuras necesitan renovación y los ambientes para fiestas i.e. Año Nuevo o eventos son bastante pequeños como para la cantidad de personas que va, por el resto todo bien

EXCELLENT HOTEL IN LIMA, EXCELLENT LOCATION, WITH MANY RESTAURANTS, BAKERIES, CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. THEY STILL OFFER AN INCLUDED EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. MY ROOM WAS JUST EXCELLENT. THE ROOM SERVICE EXCELLENT, THE CLEANING SERVICE JUST AWESOME.
