I recently had a serious choking incident at Casa Andina Premium Miraflores while dining on chicken wings. It was astounding to witness how proactive and concerned the hotel staff were throughout the ordeal. Within seconds, more than six people were at my side, providing care and helping me to breathe. After a few minutes of panic, with their assistance, I was able to dislodge the bone. Shortly after the incident, a doctor was in my room conducting examinations to ensure everything was okay. This level of care, combined with the excellent service from the day of arrival, beautifully decorated rooms, and exceptional 5-star cuisine, was truly remarkable. I can only express my deepest gratitude and confidently say that I will definitely return. Thank you once again for all the genuine concern—it’s always so reassuring to experience such warm hospitality and the good vibes of the Peruvian people. Congratulations on your outstanding service!
