Location good, but traffic big problem Service bad, the reception lady not professional, they charged me extra laundry cost by mistake but not return back my money, unhappy Breakfast no good Will not stay here again

The room is big & very clean ,The reception people are super nice there also ,except the air conditioner is little noisy ,others are all perfect ,especially the buffet ,it's very delicious.I will come back very soon!

Hotel location for us was great! 15 minutes to Airport and 2 min walk to Mall. Centrally located to Colonial Lima, Churches/SFO Convent/Catacombs, and restaurants.

The facility and location is indeed good. But I had a terrible experience regarding the booking and the payment. I already made the prepaid payment and it was deducted in my account already. The hotel asked for a guarantee payment since they did not receive the payment from trip. Until now, I’m still waiting for the refund of the guarantee payment from the hotel. It seems that Sheraton and Trip are coordinating very slow. Still waiting for the refund.

In the center of Lima, this is an old five-star hotel with a retro and historic feel. It is very close to the city center attractions and you can walk through the city. The traffic in front of the hotel is very congested and the hotel rooms are noisy. The hotel can go directly to the mall, which is very convenient.

Old five-star hotel, spacious rooms, but old facilities, the central air-conditioning fan motor is noisy. Hot water for shower. The room is dimly lit, the waiter is very friendly. Toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. Breakfast is rich, many flight attendants stay here. Reasonable price.

There is a shopping mall and supermarket next to the hotel. It is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. There are many hidden restaurant areas in the old town. The room is clean, taxis are convenient, and breakfast is included, which is worry-free and worth staying.

The location is in the old city center. It is close to some historical buildings and you can walk around. There is a commercial center next to it, and it is convenient for eating. After all, the Sheraton brand is there, so it is OK in all aspects.

The people in Lima are all very nice, but the city is so grey and has no colour at all. There is a little painter painting a picture on the ground in front of the hotel every day. If you want to come, please give some money. He is a very nice painter who uses his skills to make a living. I came here twice. It was raining when I went to find him the second time, so he didn't come. But I still saw his paintings, which were really great.

The location is good. There is a shopping mall next to it. If you don't have access, you can go to San Martin and Plaza de Armas. The hotel is in the old town of Lima.
