The hotel is very beautiful. However, the reception has problems. When we checked in the reception was friendly and said the breakfast buffet was included. Then when we checked out the next morning the reception added the price of breakfast to my final bill. Although I mentioned it to the woman at the desk she was indifferent and not friendly to me and charged me anyways. The hotel should stick to their word at check in. This is deceptive.

La experiencia en el spa fue de lo mejor. Las terapistas Jhosselyn y Yamileth son A1, ademas que tomaron en cuenta las indicaciones que dimos. El trato en recepción con la Srta. Lili siempre fue amable y cordial, incluso desde antes de la cita. Definitivamente regresaremos.

Excelente atención muy amables desde la recepción, ambiente para dejar sus cosas seguro agradable, hidromasaje con bebidas y los masajes te dejan totalmente relajado y te preguntan que desea enfoc**** muy atentas srta. Masaje todo A1. Volveremos a regresar. Recomendado
