My stay was really good. The staff were the best. The room it was ok. The mattress was a bit hard and made with springs. No foam topper. There was black mold on the top corner which was not good. There was no free coffee in the morning. The location was great.

Disappointing stay for our last night in Peru. We were given rooms on the ground floor opposite reception, which meant we could hear other guests entering & leaving all day and night, as well as usual reception activities. We were also near the kitchen/restaurant so had noise from there.
There was no water available for free - the only place i saw this during 2 weeks in Peru - and a small bottle of water cost $4...which is a lot.
In the morning we discovered we had no hot water, so we had to go upstairs to an empty room to use the shower there. I thought we might get the water offered to us for free as an apology for the hot water...but no.
The location was also not very convenient, it was a long way to get to more lively parts of the city.
The bed was very comfortable, but i wouldn't recommend this for any other reason.

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly! Bed was large and super comfortable and breakfast was cooked for me daily. Would definitely recommend.

Cuartos muy bonitos, atencion A1, buena comida. Claramente se nota la atencion a los detalles, ya que la decoracion va muy bien de la mano con la estructura. Muy recomendado para visitas con pareja o corporativas, que esta localizado en una zona cercana a centros de convenciones, comerciales, restaurantes y hoteles de negocios

La atención muy amable del personal. Los cuartos bastante limpios y acogedores con todo lo necesario para una comoda estadía, como: Shampo, acondicionador y jabon. Tambien cuentan con secadora de cabello asi que no es necesario traer una. Volveria a venir totalmente.
