Hotels Near Paso Manco Capac in Lima

My experience with Sonesta Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet place in San Isidro. Every morning I went for a walk at el El Olivar Park at enjoy the nature and peaceful and very safe atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had my favorite dishes from the Peruvian cuisine. My room was always kept clean and comfy. They have a cozy bar and restaurant and the personal was always helpful and kind. I am planing to go back to this hotel in November. I completely recommend this place for tourists, families and business trips.

The hotel is very close to the big supermarket, good location and complete facilities. The room on the side of the big supermarket is relatively quiet. The hotel breakfast is very rich. You can see the city view of Lima above the 5th floor. Recommended!

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come. Everything was very good, good service and attention, the room was very clean. The best thing was the breakfast, very very delicious. The only problem is that the room cards always go bad, I stayed for a week and almost every day I had to ask to change my card because it stopped working.

The location is good, very close to the sea. The point is that the Chinese restaurant next to it is great. Eating is more convenient.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. All my friends booked different hostels all over Miraflores but we've made this the meeting point, as it was walking distance to pretty much anything and everything. The vibes were awesome. The common areas were spacious and very clean. I did a walking tour to Barranco with one of their guides, I believe it was with Juan and that was very cool. The staff in the bar/breakfast area could be a little better. Service was very delayed and they naver had change when you wanted to tip them. I had the private room with a private bathroom and it was super clean and cozy! I was so happy it was on the 6th floor, gave me a little bit of privacy. Overall great experience and highly recommend Selina!

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

Very good very nice hotel, very clean and very good service. In the wealthy area, law and order is also very good. However, if there are Chinese customers, it is recommended to add one meter or one pasta to the breakfast. Always say a very high experience

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Airport on three separate stays in August 2022. Each stay was just for one night. We booked with this hotel because it was close to the Lima airport and offered free shuttle service to and from the airport, 24 hours a day. We had absolutely no issues with our reservations nor the shuttle services for each of our stays. The staff at the hotel are very polite and hospitable. We dined in the restaurant on two separate occasions and the food was good and reasonable. They stowed luggage for us after our 2nd stay and we had no issues when we returned with our luggage. The rooms are very clean with plugs on both sides of the bed for electronics. There are black out curtains to help with sleep. The noise from outside of the hotel can be heard but honestly, it's a lot louder when you are outside. The city near the airport does not rest! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Lima Airport if you need a place to stay near the airport.
