The staff are very professional and attentive. The spa experience was the best I have experienced. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town of Limassol which has been beautifully restored recently.

Visited the hotel to use their SPA facilities. No words to describe the place, just amazing, starting from Despina who did the initial booking for us, the massage girls, the SPA area super clean and well structured. Bravo, we are coming back soon.

Best hotel in Limassol. Highly recommended. Fantastic restaurant like a Michellin stat and good Spa with indoor pool and sauna and massage and jacuzzi. Also outdoor pool available. Good location. Walking distance from the seaside promende and the old city.

As a proclaimed spa hotel it is short of being a good hotel in a good location and short of being a spa for the hotel guests. Let's start with the positive : the hotel ,and most importantly , l the staff , are incredible. But as a concept of combined objective, it runs short : the hotel location in a nice neighborhood but away from the waterfront and the main attractions and night life. As for the spa - it is in actuality non available for guests. For two people we were able to book one therapy session for 55minutes in 4 days. All other sessions were already booked at the time of arrival. As for the spa facility - all is measured in hours and one has to commit the day and this is not the ideal for a relaxing spa experiment. I ended using the treadmill for 30 minutes in 4 days of a spa hotel .its a no .

We spent a week at Alasia, and had the most wonderful time from arriving to leaving. We were sad to leave. The breakfasts are amazing with lots of choice, we also enjoyed several lunch and dinners during our stay, wish we had more time/money to try more of the dishes!
Staff are friendly and attentive.
Hotel facilities are fantastic, spotlessly clean and of high quality. We loved spending days by the lovely pool. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel and should we return to the area we would definitely rebook. Thank you for making our stay so amazing and memorable, I wish we were still there!

This is our second time staying at The Alasia hotel and spa in which promotes itself as being tranquil and a hideaway from the city. We liked it so much last year that we decided to return again this year.Since our arrival last Friday it has been anything but relaxing and tranquil,on our first day here they were dragging and scrapping furniture and plant pots about all day as well as nosily stocking up the outside bar in preparation for a birthday party on Sunday .We complained to the manager who offered us a free meal for two on the house.The hotel should have informed the guests of the event before they excepted bookings. It was Sunday & we were trying to relax around the pool,technicians were setting up a massive Sound system from about 10am this morning making all the hotel guests around the pool feel like an inconvenience.What makes this even more distasteful than anything else is that all the non attending party guests had been compromised for a Russian man's 50th birthday party! At the help yourself breakfast buffet, the waiting staff were waiting on the Russians hand and foot whilst everyone else had to get their own Coffee , toast etc. Breakfast is between 7.30 am and 10.30 am but yet the Russians seemed to be able to have breakfast beyond this time, whenever they wanted and forever how long they wanted for.We shan't ever be returning again to be treated in such as despicable way. I have never experienced such terrible behaviour anywhere else in the world.
