Excelente localização, perto de um shopping e vários restaurantes. Boa cama, bom atendimento e bom café da manhã. Limpeza satisfatória. Poderiam melhorar os banheiros. Os sanitários estão encardidos, os ralos da pia e do chuveiro demoram para escorrer, acumulando água, o que é bastante desagradável.

As acomodações são muito boas e muito limpas, a sua localização é privilegiada e o estacionamento é seguro. O café da manhã, que começa a ser servido às 6 horas, é bem farto e gostoso e as equipes que trabalham no hotel são muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Recomendo.

Fiz um pernoite no hotel e a reserva estava errada (por culpa minha). Impressionante a dedicação do funcionário João Vitor em resolver. Agradeço demais a presteza dado que estava com minha esposa e duas crianças. De fato um atendimento diferenciado.

O hotel tem um quarto bom, mas os lençóis não tem cheiro bom, a coberta tava com cheiro de suor, como se já tivesse sido usada antes. Toalhas não são brancas, não gostei. Café da manhã é razoável. O restaurante não estava funcionando na sexta—feira à noite. Havia uma cueca suja (de outro hóspede) debaixo da camaaaaa! Pasmem!

No geral o local é bom. Poderiam melhorar a internet, o sinal é bem ruim nos quartos. E na questão de limpeza estava tudo bem até olharmos de baixo da cama para ver se estávamos esquecendo algo, ai descobrimos que o chão só era limpo em volta da cama. Em baixo tinha pó de muito tempo acumulado.

Hospedo-me na cidade por razões de trabalho e não é a primeiro vez no hotel. Excelente custo-benefício. Quarto muito bom, limpo, silencioso, toalhas e roupas de cama impecáveis. Excelente café da manhã, muito acima da média dos outros hotéis da cidade em que já me hospedei. Todos da equipe muito simpáticos e prontos para lhe atender no que for necessário. Amplo estacionamento.
