Recepcionista precisa de reciclagem.
Banheiro com box minúsculo, com porta de vidro abrindo para dentro, onde precisa ser contorcionista para entrar e fechar a porta do box, e se abrir a água um pouco mais, a mesma escapa para o quarto.
Trem passando e apitando, bem próximo, a partir das 5h da madrugada e à noite também. Entorno do hotel bem esquisito e perigoso. Não recomendo!

Vale pela localização se você está à trabalho e precisa estar próximo aos principais pontos da cidade porém as instalações, serviço e opções em geral são fracos ainda mais considerando que o hotel é de uma rede grande com alguma condição de melhorar a gestão das sua unidades.

Fiquei no 3o andar. Ao contrário de outras avaliações, pondero que, realmente, se ouve barulho de trem, mas em horários bem espaçados e nada além das 22h00. Além disso, pouco se ouve dos outros quartos. Os móveis são bons, a televisão possui alguns canais de televisão (TNT, Warner, Sport Tv, alguns infantis, alguns abertos), não possui aparelhagem para acessar aplicativos como Netflix (o controle é da Sky). Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Café da manhã muito bom (há máquina da 3 corações). Poderia ter mais opções salgadas. Toalhas e travesseiros finos. Colchão OK. Cortinas boas para evitar iluminação exterior. O box é um pouco estranho, mas nada que impeça o uso. O quarto e o banheiro estavam bem limpos. Embora fique na região central (e não seja lá bonita), é bem sossegada (às vezes sem ninguém nas ruas). Não usei estacionamento. Frigobar vazio, mas há itens para comprar na recepção, até picolé Bacio di Latte (para que curte). Ponto ruim mesmo é o Wi-fi, bem instável, mas pode ser algo ocasional. Enfim, perto das demais avaliações da internet, o Hotel me surpreendeu.
