This was our 2nd time in Palmera after it was renovated. Had a great few days there, most AMAZING professional and polite staff, we were given access to a superb room, with beautiful sea views and plenty of space. The combination of price, location, staff and hotel quality is simply unbeatable. We are making this or only hotel destination in Hersonissos irrespective of time of year

The hotel staff were professional and helpful, extra special praise must be given to Mr Nikos and his incredible hospitality, warm and welcoming every evening in the restaurant. We must also mention Vasyl with his genuine warm approach. All the waiting on team work incredibly hard and alway with a smile. BRAVO!

The hotel was great! The staff was very friendly. The location couldn't be better. Right by the sea with lots of restaurants. Now to the spa area. Thanks again to Elsie, Melissa and Demy! Elsie, the massage was a pleasure! Just extremely nice and experienced ladies! We felt reborn afterwards. Conclusion? Simply amazing and a total recommendation! It won't be the last time we've been here!

Visited with a friend for 4 nights. Room spacious and clean. Only issue, when using the shower water flowed outwith and became super slippy we both slipped a few times. All-inclusive drinks were good especially the beer no silly tiny cups. I was looking forward to the food due to previous review but choices were limited. Had better. Puddings were good. Pool area was strange. All grass with a tiny pool in the corner. No entertainment at night. Location was excellent as a very short walk into the busy area and shops. Pity the hotel does not allow you to eat for at least night in there restaurants across from the hotel. Only provide a 10% discount. Staff are super nice and polite. Allowed us to keep our room on the last day for 5 euros per hour which is reasonable.

Hotel palmera beach is een uitstekend hotel in alle opzichten: kamers service eten. Meerdere restaurants De locatie is onovertroffen . Personeel is bijzonder behulpzaam, met name Elena, Malamo, Stephanos, Stelios en Magda. Schoonmaak is prima. Speciale vermelding voor de bediening in de restaurants. Ik loop met een rollator en iedereen hielp me, zonder te betuttelen.

Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie. De service was geweldig, de kamer was heel netjes. Wij hebben enorm genoten. Komen zeker nog een keer terug. We hebben lekker kunnen zwemmen. Het restaurant en de cocktails waren ook erg lekker. Ook hier weer een super service gehad.

The hotel is perfect, the food is extraordinary. We had a massage trea**ent in the spa, Elsi and Demmy was perfect. the candle massage is superb and they both gave us a complete one hour of relaxation, exactly the way we expected thank you so much

The hotel fully met my expectations. The location is great, close to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are nicely furnished. The staff is extremely accommodating. I booked a deep massage with Melissa. Melissa is a very good masseuse. My back problems were resolved afterwards. Many thanks again to Melissa and Demy for the good work.
