This was our 2nd time in Palmera after it was renovated. Had a great few days there, most AMAZING professional and polite staff, we were given access to a superb room, with beautiful sea views and plenty of space. The combination of price, location, staff and hotel quality is simply unbeatable. We are making this or only hotel destination in Hersonissos irrespective of time of year

J'ai eu un massage complet à l'aloé Vera avec Melisa. C'était très agréable, l'ambiance tamisée aide à se relaxer, les soins apportés permettent vraiment de se détendre et font extrêmement du bien. Mes muscles endoloris ont été très bien massés et tout mon corps s'est vraiment détendu pendant cette parenthèse enchantée

My husband and I spent a brief vacation at the Palmera Beach Hotel an Spa, which we really enjoyed. The room was clean, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities and the facilities were well-maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. We are so grateful to Magda, Lena and all the people in the hotel, who made our break unforgettable. Will be coming back! Fantastic location can't be bettered and the food is awesome. Right on the seafront. What makes this hotel though is the staff. So frendly and although you've heard it before, it is true here, nothing is too much trouble. Great stay so far and we will be back

Sehr gute Küche, dass Buffet ist der Hammer es gibt für jeden etwas. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Selbst als wir ankamen außerhalb der Essenzeiten hat uns der Küchenchef noch eine Kleinigkeit gezaubert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Buchungstouren vom Hotel aus sind erstklassig und gut durchdacht. Das Hotel liegt perfekt alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar

When the taxi bring us to the hotel, the staff came to us to get our luggage. We arrived 2 hours too early to check in, but that wasn’t a problem, the staff brought us to our room, which was perfect. It was very clean, the food was fresh and good and also the staff was very friendly. We could also bring our luggage to a private room and shower at the hotel, even when we already checked out!

Ich war noch nie in einem so schlechten Hotel. Kein Buffet. Pool zu. Baustelle. Aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit nie wieder. Kann ich nur empfehlen wenn mann viel unterwegs ist. Ungenutzte Zimmer. Kein Programm. Nix hatte offen. Mir hat alles nicht gefallen.
