This hotel is lovely to stay in, after our horrendous start to the holiday with a 2 day delay and cancellation of our hotel booking elsewhere we booked this on the day and managed to get a space. We were given a warm welcome with a postcard, fruit and bottle of wine and were dealt with by pleasant happy and the most kind staff. This hotel may not be all inc and have the largest pool but they turned our holiday back into the happy time it should be. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the middle of a long ***** of shops, restaurants and bars, which was really convenient. On our last day check out was 12 midday but our flight wasn’t till 2am the following day, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage and enjoy the day as normal and allowed us to return to the lobby during the day to red and offered a shower with clean towels if we decided to spend the day at the beach. All in all wonderful staff, and wonderful hotel and perfect location. Would 100% use again!

Когда вы приезжаете в незнакомую страну, вы всегда чувствуете себя не в своей тарелке. Особенно сейчас, во время ковида. Так было и у нас в начале поездки. Но гостеприимство персонала отеля, великолепное отношение к гостям и высокое качество обслуживания помогли почувствовать, что мы среди друзей, что нам здесь рады. Нам очень понравилось отношение всех сотрудников отеля, качество и частота уборки, отличные завтраки, потрясающий бар с незабываемыми коктейлями (которые подавались как на праздник и были дешевле, чем везде вокруг) и дружелюбным барменом, спокойный бассейн, хорошо подготовленный номер со всеми удобствами. За нашу поездку 50% впечатлений мы получили от пребывания в отеле.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Floral Hotel. When we arrived there was a postcard wishing us a good holiday. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The elderly man manning the reception late at night was so nice to our daughter. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and smiling. We have not experienced this hospitality better anywhere else in Greece and we have, after all, visited the country over 25 times. Drinks and beer from the bar were cold, good and cheap. The pool was clean and nice. Even though it wasn't that big, there was always plenty of room in it. The room was cleaned nicely every day. We can warmly recommend the Floral Hotel and hope to be able to visit it again another time.

В центре города. До пляжа 5 минут. Для хорошего пляже с песчаным дном старбич 10-15 минут Каждый день уборка, смена полотенец, есть 3 бассейна. Номер был на 1 этаже, мебель новая, очень чисто. Немного шумно с открытым окном. Кондиционер 6 евро в день. Сейф 1 евро. Очень вкусные и недорогие коктейли. В номере гель для душа, шампунь мыло каждый день приносят. Очень понравилось Чистые даже полки в шкафах! Персонал очень вежливый и решают моментально все вопросы, но у нас ни разу не возникло. Завтрак скучноватый , но все вкусное и свежее

We kwamen er aan en moesten gelijk airco en de kluis nog bijbetalen per dag in cash. De man die ‘s nachts de bewaking hield was erg onvriendelijk en we mochten geen gasten mee nemen het hotel in. Als we een oplossing proberen te vinden weigerde hij een gesprek te voeren en stuurden hij ons van ons eigen hotel weg. Het was tegen onze verwachtingen in. De kamers waren voor de rest prima en om de dag werd er schoongemaakt. De plek was ook erg goed gelegen. Overdag waren de medewerkers wel erg vriendelijk.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato 4 giorni al Floral. Stanza bellissima e pulitissima, proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo passato dei bei giorni, l'hotel è al centro di Hersonissos, lo consiglio.

Personale sgarbato che finge di non capire quello che si chiede,mancato servizio della camera giustificato la sera con una locandina scritta al momento,colazione molto scarsa. Non credo tornerò in questo hotel

Just came back from a week's stay here. I was very impressed, my room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly especially the wonderful ladies. I was on the ground floor with a street view, which was great. It is in a great location so I found plenty to do. Thankyou for everything.
