Hotel to avoid, repetitive and bad food. The boss is disgusting. Hotel beach paying 14 euros per person, Wifi paying 5 euros per day. Safe paying 5 euros per day. Bath towel for swimming pool paying 4 euros per day and per person. Glaros is not worth a 4 star. I will never come back to this hotel. I give 5 stars to the cleaning lady for our room every day made in full.

Was very disappointed! Entertainment you have to pay for. Drinks for Dinner you have to pay for even when you are half board, but breakfast drinks are free which doesn’t make sense. Beach is really small and not enough beds and also another charge for those as well. Yellow stains were also on bed sheets and plug socket was dangerous as it looked smashed into wall. Pool very small and water very cold And!!! Wifi is free in reception but you have to pay €6 a day for wifi in your room.

We are disappointed with the hotel. The beach is too small and borders the sewer pipes. Sun loungers are available for a fee. The elevator for four people without luggage is occupied in the morning by cleaners transporting cars. You can't find a parking space for a rental car because the parking lot is occupied by their vehicles. If you want to get a greeting from the staff, you have to say hello yourself. The food at dinner is repeated, the same fish for three days. Room half cleaned. When we left the fifth floor, the elevator didn't work and we had to carry our suitcases to the reception on foot. We travel a lot and have never experienced such a disappointment.

The room was so small and dated. No tea/coffee milk, etc, although there is a kettle. Fresh Towels daily and bed made. The air conditioning is terrible hardly blows out any cool air, and on the balcony, the heat from the unit blows out so much hot air and theres water all over the floor it makes it impossible to be able to sit out side. The pool is small and not enough room for everyone. We went to different places during the day. The food was nice we went half board but there are plenty of restaurants to eat out. Bed and breakfast would have been better for us. We ate out a few times. The attached Al A Carte Restaurant highly recommended the food was amazing. Staff all very nice too. The bar in the evening was a great space and fabulous hospitality

Delicious buffet, with a veriaty of different local foods with halal and vegetarian alternatieves, with friendly waiters. Its close to the beach and shops. Hotels rooms can be easly cooled in warm periode. In all a very good experience for the family.

Very nice hotel, wonderful views. We had two rooms, one very big corner room with sea view and one sea view room with a double bed and extra bed. This was very small for three people, but manageable. Breakfast and dinner had a good choice. There were a lot of 18-20year old boys/girls groups from Holland, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Pros: The service was great! Buffet breakfast good selection. Near many restaurants and shops.
Cons: the parking was shared between 5 hotels over our 5 night stay we were able to park there one time. We had to park a good distance away from hotel. I would not consider this beachfront, as there were a mini shop and restaurant between front door of hotel and beach. The beach was not very nice, if you are looking for a beach vacation this is not it, we visited multiple other beaches which were a million times nicer. The pool is way too small for the amount of rooms. The hotel was loud into the early morning hours, makes sense being so close to the nightlife. There was mold in the bathroom and carpet in hallways were disgusting. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The room was way too big for the small AC unit and it stayed relatively warm in the room.
