A central location is claimed; it wasn’t. The room safe didn’t work. The refrigerator didn’t either. The toilet room (separate from the rest of the bath) had a splatter on the wall, perhaps from an unfortunate event of indeterminate origin. The carpet was dirty. Staffing was minimal. I would consider other options.

Only the price is worthy of a 4 star. If the staff is pleasant and friendly, the rooms are not up to par. If, in addition, you arrive on a Friday evening and the bulbs in your bedside reading light are faulty, you will have to be very patient: the technician is on the weekend. The bathroom was not checked after cleaning since we found a long brown hair from our predecessor there. On the other hand, we must admit that the restaurant was very good (even a little above some other Novotel restaurants).

A lovely setting but a disappointing visit. Two families visiting for a one night stop over en route South. A long journey so we had double checked (after previous reviews) that the restaurant would be open on the Saturday evening. An email received the day before to say that it would be closed - too late to search for somewhere else to stay. The outside are at the front of the hotel was tired and dirty, inside the reception area and restaurant were pleasant but first impressions not great. Covid screen still up at reception and TV broken in the bar area didnt help the experience. Breakfast offering wasnt bad but could do with a toaster (for us Brits) as per other Novotels.

Convenient access, ample parking, a very pleasant and smiling team which is appreciated. Spacious room, good bedding but could improve the slightly soft cousins The catering is good, breakfast is full Clean and well maintained

First of all, I left a comment on the All Accor site which was not published! Therefore, thank you to Triadvisor for allowing me to make another comment. arrived with my wife on Wednesday 8, and after a pleasant welcome at reception, amazement, the air conditioning is off, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired and... we have to take out the mini fridge to reconnect it as well as the coffee machine. the room service with an error on 1 dish, but not too serious, because the next day at breakfast, we bordered on perfection in terms of mediocrity: no one in the room, no more fruit juice, no more nothing and...tables not cleared.
