Habitués de cet hôtel, nous avons été très déçus d’être logés dans la partie ancienne de l’hôtel avec une cabine de douche toute petite et le mitigeur dans le dos !

Nous avons réservé deux chambres au dernier moment pour la nuit étape de notre séjour prévu sur Montpellier du 25 Août au 26 Août 2023.
L entrée et la récupération des clefs à 00h30 en automatique quel bonheur!
Les chambres pas très grandes mais tout est étudié pour un confort! Bon lit ! Mais manque deux autres coussins! Salle de douche petite et odeur de riz bizarre dans les chambres il a fallu ouvrir!
Le rapport qualité prix est bien vraiment un hôtel où il fait bon vivre…
Merci à la personne de nuit pour la disponibilité!
Pour le ménage le matin 9h30 évitez de frapper aux portes pour savoir si vous pouvez le faire??? Ceux qui se reposent souhaitent le calme.

After my initial confusion of how to enter the reception area, everything was handled well, I didn’t want to decide about breakfast until the morning, but got pressurised into deciding because of what they needed to order for the morning, I didn’t like that, but everybody was pleasant

Parfait !
En arrivant, Je me suis trompé de date de réservation (réservé un mois plus tard au lieu du jour d’arrivée).
La réceptionniste nous a accompagnée dans les démarches pour la modification de la réservation et nous a permis de séjourner sans aucun supplément.
Merci beaucoup.
Repas au top.
Je recommande cet hôtel et surtout le personnel.

Les moins:
(1) bruit:
chambre bruyante: j’entendais clairement la/les personnes au dessus marcher. Mauvaise construction si on entends les chambres du dessus.
(2) propreté:
Toiles arraignees au plafond, paroie douche PVC avec cheveux et besoin nettoyage (c’est bosselé: un nids à saleté)
