Hotel à éviter... je 2 fois viens à 3 semaines d'intervalle et toujours le même problèmes. Soucis au niveau de la production d'eau chaude qui ne permet pas à chaque chambre d'avoir de l'eau chaude le matin... pas d'information au moment de la réservation ni au moment de retirer la clé de ma chambre. Juste une affiche dans m'ascenseur vous mettant sur le fait accompli. Lorsque l'on demande à rendre la chambre car on juge que le service n'est pas à la hauteur alors on nous indique que c'est impossible après checkin... bref une belle escroquerie !

Séjour convenable malgré l absence de télé et de réseau wifi pendant les 2 jours, d ailleurs personne ne m en informe à l accueil, c’est à moi de le découvrir en chambre et d appeler pour savoir si c’est normal ?
Et le 2eme jour je n’ai pas eu d eau chaude, personne n a pris la peine de me demander comment c était passé mon séjour donc je n’ai même pas eu ni l envie ni l énergie de le signaler, à part cela l emplacement de l hôtel est idéal pour moi donc je reviendrai mais pour le moment c’est la seule raison qui me fera revenir, heureusement que j’avais mon partage de connexion avec mon pro et mon PC, en espérant aussi avoir de l’eau chaude et du réseau la prochaine fois.

Accueil sympathique, par contre dommage que la télévision ne fonctionne pas dans tout l'hôtel suite à une panne de l'antenne, les 2 soirées ont été un peu longues, aucune offre commerciale proposée en dédommagement...

Great hotel for out stop over. Comfy and clean and perfect location for a little walk into the centre. Great games in the lobby and thoroughly enjoyed them.
