We stayed here for 10 nights. We had really good time.Locatian here it's just amazing ,views from our room , pool area and restaurant are just breathtaking. Staff is very friendly , restaurant staff were polite and helpful, They always make sure we have nice and clean table and looked well after us Food was good , a lots of choices of salads , desserts and fruits .Plenty choices for breakfast from scrambled eggs, beacon, sausages to cereals, croissants salami and cheese. Only one downside - in 10 days there was no once pizza for a dinner .You would expect that in Italy but no they do not serve it here at all.My son was a bit disappointed. There are good facilities indoor pool, sauna and gym which we used frequently. Outside area is very clean. Pool is clean every day plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas .Love self service bar , you just go and get want you want .Always good choice of drinks and snacks. Rooms are clean although they are very dated.Beds definitely seen better days, but apart from that all good. We had a brilliant time here , and I would definitely recommend.

I had to write this review based on some of the awful reviews on here. This hotel is wonderful, it's run really well, it's spotless, the food is amazing and the location is stunning. You have to be really spoilt if you are complaining about the hotel rooms (which are kept spotless by the cleaners) when you have so much more to appreciate such as the views and the wonderful days out. We went to Limone, Malcesine and Riva. Getting a ferry is really easy from Limone. We are a family aged 8 - 70 and had an amazing time, highly recommend.

Worst hotel we've ever visited. Do not go to this hotel !!! We booked the best family room and got a horrible old uncomfortable room . It's a scam , we complained everything but unsuccessfully and the hotel did not give us any money back and no compensation . We will never go to this hotel chain again !!!

Great location and helpful staff. The location was fantastic in Lemone with frequent bus service into the centre. Lower hotel has a beach onto lake garda allowing swimming and bar facilities. Catering was good and had a wide range of food and drink for all.

Die Unterkunft liegt super… Das Haupthaus und Restaurant sind modernisiert. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber allerdings sind sie etwas altbacken eingerichtet. Das Essen war wirklich gut. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen. Personal höflich und auf Zack. Es gab viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.

Wir waren in diesem Jahr überhaupt nicht mit unserem Zimmer einverstanden. Wir haben vor einem Jahr diese Hotel gebucht und haben ein Zimmer im 6000er Haus bekommen.
Für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, weil wir sogar ein Wunsch geäußert hatten und man mir nicht erzählen kann das dieses 1 Jahr im Vorraus nicht möglich gewesen wäre.
Habe dann um ein neues Zimmer gebeten was dann gegen ein Aufpreis mit Panoramablick auch zum Glück ging .
Mir stellt sich die Frage wann man buchen muss um ein Vernünftiges Zimmer zu bekommen und wir auch nicht das günstigste Zimmer gebucht haben wie man es uns gesagt hatte.

Das Zimmer welches wir dann bekommen haben war immer sauber.
Das Essen war auch okay und für jeden was dabei.
Limone zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttle zu erreichen leider war er oftmals völlig überfüllt.
Die Sterne beziehen sich auf das neue Zimmer das andere hätte von mir nicht mal eins bekommen.

Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben. Leider muss das Hotel renoviert werden, die Zimmer sind aus den 70er Jahren, nicht mehr standesgemäß und abgewohnt.
