We visited this hotel as part of a bus trip and spent a week here. It is located on a steep slope with a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The restaurant terrace and all balconies have a picturesque view. The climb to the hotel and the paths between the room, restaurant and pool are steep and have many stairs. If you are not good on your feet, you should not book here. The furnishings are from the 90s, everything looks old-fashioned and battered. The beds are uncomfortable but everything is very clean. You have to share the balconies with your neighbors and the rooms are thinly soundproofed. 90% of the guests seem to be senior citizens. The entertainment program is also designed for this. The food with half board is OK, sometimes really good. The selection is limited, however, and for vegetarians there is only salad and side dishes. The town of Limone is about 15 minutes away on a beautiful footpath with a view of the lake. You can stroll around there and also have something nice to eat. The staff is helpful and almost everyone speaks German and English. We enjoyed the vacation but we won't come here again.

It is not a 3 star hotel 🌟 it is sad to see it, rather it is a hostel I would call it that!! Just for the views you deserve to be in this hostel! It's a shame to see it like this, the rooms are dirty, the workers don't even look at you, waiting more than 20 minutes for the waiter to give me my coffee, without serving anyone, I was very busy with the phone, wrong, all wrong!

We flew into Milan bergamo and it took hour and 45 mins to drive to hotel. Tranfer would of cost around 500€ so I hired a car for £180 and well worth it. On arrival to hotel it was dark and wow very very steep so if you struggle walking I would look else where. The hotel is not modern or luxury but to be honest I felt it fitted with the location as very quirky and quaint. The hotel reception staff very helpful and friendly as were the majority of bar/restaurant staff. The young man in the pizzeria was amazing and loved him. Booked half board so when we arrived we had missed dinner but was given a voucher to use in the pizzeria which was lovely. Food in there I can not fault and the views whilst eating and relaxing out standing. Breakfast we only had once as wasn't great so never went back but dinner was acceptable. Its not the best food but again its not a 4/5 star hotel. Our room was very quirky and not the best decor and stairs up to sleeping area wasn't great as bathroom downstairs and very very basic but WOW WOW WOW THE VIEWS!!! We stayed in room 6522 and had the most amazing views with large communal terrace but you can hear your neighbours. Shower inadequate, but as mentioned very basic. No entertainment in the evening but again after full days of exploring we were shattered and sitting with a drink and table service with a smile was all we needed. Shuttle bus down to limone village from hotel was only 1.50€ per person and went every hour. Parking at hotel but again be prepared to do a lot of hiking up to hotel and surrounding areas. Little shop on site where you can buy refreshments, book trips was handy but the guy who run this wasn't the most approachable. Spa was amazing, outside pool with the views amazing and would I return 100%. See photos and see for yourself but hiring a car is a must

Very nice place and kind staff but the hotel is located on top of the hill so there is A LOT of climbing.

Very bad hotel (hotel ?)! starting from the advance payment of the stay requested upon delivery of the room, which after seeing it we wanted to leave, but we were denied the refund of the sum just paid. (Never paid for a service without wanting to use it). 70s style room, centralized air conditioning set at 24-25°, with external temperature 36-37°. A mini fridge was requested even paying a possible difference: denied. Parking, never free, if you find it, very difficult, very inconvenient to find. the Management was unable to move cars that had arbitrarily occupied two parking spaces. You have to climb the very steep ramps of the village. Dinner and breakfast with the quality of the products offered, at the lowest levels. Luckily there is a paid shuttle to go down to the town. The reception is managed by two little girls who obey the orders received without a minimum of flexibility in managing the customer's needs (mini fridge and air conditioning not working. Luckily the boy who works the night shift at 11.40pm arranged for us to change rooms) . Drinks at meals, coffee at breakfast, the shuttle, all for a fee and without a shred of receipt. In short, apart from the location and the wonderful panoramic view of the lake, a nigh**are holiday. We came back more stressed than when we left. I won't go back, not even if they offered me a free stay!!!!!

Large complex therefore chaotic and dispersive. Rooms on different terraces with all the resulting problems... Our "standard" rooms (2) were without a minibar and with air conditioning that did not work perfectly. Bathrooms with bidets but without the relevant towels. "Dated" furniture that needs repair... Luckily we only stayed one night... Breakfast without infamy and without praise. The positive note was the wonderful lake view.
