Property was very nicely taken care of. Staff was very pleasant. The tavern had great music and food. Shay our waitress kicked butt by herself in there waiting on tables. We will return

This property was definitely not worth what I paid through *******. The rooms smelled. I had to ask for a room change. The se in’s room was no better. ******* would not refund me or give me a price adjustment. The bed sink in in the middle. The breakfast was pathetic. Very unhappy. Not thrilled that ******* would not price adjust.

Had a nice 1-night stay at Woodwards while visiting to see the Ice Castles (which were also great!). Had an issue with the heater in our room shutting off repeatedly, apparently due to a neighboring room running both the stand alone heater plus the thermostat on the wall which was tripping the breaker. But the staff was very responsive and spoke to the other guest and the issue was resolved. Enjoyed a nice meal in the bar with great live music! Would definitely stay here again.
