We Love Pollard Brook we come at least twice a year. The resort facilities are beautiful are units always clean. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. They have the best activities in the industry from guided hikes to arts and crafts socials live music and entertainment tennis basketball Pickleball you name it you will never be bored at this resort, they have a brand new 32 person Jacuzzi indoor and outdoor pools sauna I can’t say enough how much we love this place. I highly recommend Pollard Brook to anybody looking for an authentic white mountain vacation

Friendly staff greeted us upon late Fri arrival. Loved the spacious condo, kitchen, electric fireplace and balcony with mountain views. We loved the outdoor hot tub and movie theatre. Would stay here again with family and friends. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice property in Lincoln, NH, Didn't have a chance to use the gym or game room. Here for a ski/hike/snowshoe weekend. Would stay in any season. Love this area and the property is in a great location.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Plenty of space for our crew of 6 - incredible room, the pool and hot tubs were fantastic! The food truck was an added bonus and extra delicious. Being able to cook during our stay with the full kitchen was a huge added bonus. Comfortable beds, I cannot rave enough about this property. The staff were all helpful, super friendly and just all around a fantastic stay, one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

This was a great place for our family to spend the weekend while snowboarding at Loon. It was incredibly spacious, amenities were fantastic, and the proximity to the mountain can’t be beat. The shuttle was so convenient.

Excellent experience in every way! The staff is top notch- always picking the phone up to answer a question and going above and beyond to help. Rooms were lovely and clean- exactly what you need in a ski condo. Indoor pool/outdoor giant hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing! Highly recommend!

This is our 4th year staying here. As always the location is excellent within driving distance to the various ski hills. The recent updates to the pool and hot tubs are great. I can't wait to see the newly updated rooms. As always great service we will be back.

Great resort. Rooms were really spacious and clean with good amenities. Staff were super friendly. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, especially the outdoor one. We didn’t do too many of their activities as we tend to get ourselves around but they had a lot laid on for the week. We all loved the trivia night and the movie theatre had good, recent movies for all ages. Only thing lacking is a bar or restaurant but there are many nearby, including a Common Man which is walking distance so not a big factor really. Location is great, across from Loon Mountain.
