Creston Villa Guest House

From start to finish, my stay at Creston Villa Guest House was absolutely wonderful. My train schedule on arrival day was unpredictable, but Iain couldn’t have been more accommodating—he reassured me it was no trouble and was kindly waiting to welcome me when I arrived. I happened to stay on the guest house’s 20th anniversary, which made the experience even more special. The house itself is charming, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. My room felt straight out of Bridgerton—elegant, cosy, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a highlight: a hearty continental spread enjoyed alongside lovely conversation with Iain and Anna. Their warmth and genuine hospitality shine through in everything they do. Hearing the story of how they built a successful family business together left me feeling inspired, and I even took away some tips of my own! Creston Villa is built with love, with easy access to Lincoln city centre, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat from city life. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Lincoln!

Had a wonderful stay in this fantastic guesthouse. Anna and Iain clearly take huge pride in what they do and it shows in every tiny detail. The rooms are spotless and incredibly decorated with a mix of intriguing items! They are very warm and welcoming and we enjoyed our breakfast chat over a delicious continental meal. Would highly recommend.

Creston Villa is a lovely little find in Lincoln. A real home from home. Anna and Iain made me very welcome during my two night stay. My room (Victorian) was comfortable, quirky and very clean. WiFi is included. I found parking around the corner without issue. I will definitely be staying again.

Lovely guest house! Iain and Anna were wonderful. Very kind couple who tried to make me feel at home all the time. The guest house is within walking distance from the city centre. The room was unique as well as the rest of the house. Lovely breakast! I really recommend this B&B.

A lovely stay in Lincolnshire in a charming house with lovely hosts. The guesthouse was clean and well located to access the town centre / railway station. In the morning they provided a very tasty & varied continental breakfast. Best of all, Iain & Anna were friendly and welcoming - happy to recommend staying in this guest house!

An utterly delightful experience. Anna and Ian are kind and generous hosts who treat their guests like friends. The decor is both hilarious and charming, the breakfasts are lush, the beds are comfortable and the whole place is spotless yet relaxed. Loved it!
