The good: Responsive hotline and helpful costumer service. There is fridge, iron, and hairblower. There is. Fan. There is netflix-ready tv. The room is generally clean but…
The bad: There were bedbugs (found at least 3 bugs in 2 nights). The entrance automatic door locks can sometimes be tricky and faulty. The location is not too far from downtown but not walking distance either.
Overall, a good accommodation for the price.

As usual always a great stay here at the Hamilton in Lincoln. The heating is always on which makes the rooms nice and warm and a cosy feel.
We always enjoy our stay here at the Hamilton. Will be returning soon

Everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel was super cozy and quiet, and they gave us breakfast every day. The sheets were so clean, and they changed the towels every day.

My experience in Hamilton hotel is awesome. The cleanliness is very good and i really enjoy to stay there . The location is better . I really like the location of hotel.

I booked a single room, but they gave me a street-facing room that didn't match the pictures. Also, the carbon monoxide alarm went off twice and lasted for over an hour the next day. I could smell gas outside. Although the hotel has self-check-in, no one paid any attention, especially since the alarm went off for over an hour. They're not very responsible towards their guests. I will never stay here again.
If it weren't for the gas smell, no one would have come to check. The maintenance person said it was caused by cooking, but nobody was cooking at all; it was a carbon monoxide alarm. We evacuated in the middle of the night. It's not a good idea to gamble.
