Horrible! Blood stained bedding, no plug ins, small bathrooms, rude front desk, no daily room maintenance on weekend staff stated lack of help, need towels - come get them, rate was 4 times higher than normal due to local event, parking garage so outdated it’s hard to maneuver in. Classic example of cheap remodel of outdated property!

Walls are paper thin. Dirty sheets on our bed, aaked to be moved was told there waant rooms avaialble. Yet when I look online they are still selling rooms. Wont be back.

I liked the staff, super friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that there was no towels in the pool room and it was a cold wet trip back to the room. But overall enjoyed the stay!

The breakfast was cold and awful. There was a buffet, eggs were cold and they kept running out of everything. Only had one gal trying to bring dishes out, restock food and no cups for the water. No servers at all if you wanted Mimosas etc…. Heater in room fell off the wall and room was tidy but definitely not deeply cleaned.
