comfortable bed. surprisingly good breakfast for a chain hotel of this caliber. Check in were really friendly. Valet parking $20, self-parking in nearby garage $19....Comfortable bed. Downtown Lincoln surprisingly quiet for a Friday night.

Overall enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly other than the buffet cook- it was busy and I could tell he was flustered as food kept running out. Premises could have been cleaner- trash left in hallways, moss thing hanging on the wall was losing pieces and shedding and it was not cleaned up. Very nice gym facility.

Our weekend started out great…room was fine other than they do not clean every day. I asked for fresh towels 3 times and never got them. We used their Valet parking…we came back from breakfast ( we walked) and noticed our car was parked out front unlocked. We had not called for our car. When I asked the Valet why our car was out he said I had called for it. I did not. He had our car out with the wrong room number. The keys had the wrong tag on them. When I pointed this out I was told he would fix it. I asked him to please lick our car. No apology was given. I wonder who would have been given access to our car? The Customer service was not in line with what I expect from Hilton. Although the location of this property is awesome I am not sure I will be back. I did reach out via the app about this but never got a reply.

Great location in downtown Lincoln, restaurants all around, Pinnacle Bank Arena just a couple blocks away. Safe, comfortable, clean, updated.
