Great Stay !

While I can't speak for the actual accommodations I can speak for their customer service. I 1000% do not recommend booking this motel. I had booked a two night stay for a military drill weekend. The night I was flying out my flight ended up being delayed and then cancelled at 8pm so I could not get to Lincoln. I immediately called the motel and advised them my flight had just been cancelled and that I would not be able to make it and needed to cancel the reservation. I was told they would not cancel as it was within 24 hours of the reservation. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one was not available. I called the next morning and spoke with the same individual and was told again that they would not cancel as it was within 24 hours and there was nothing they could do. I asked if that was for the one night or both nights and was not given an answer. Therefore, I had to pay nearly $300 for a motel room that could not be used due to no fault of my own. I understand the policy and the reason for the policy however when a customer can't get there and there is no grace that is terrible business practice. The website indicates a great cancelation policy and they appear to support military but this is not the case for this location. I contacted corporate regarding one of their affiliates and they advised that there was nothing they could do as it was an independently owned franchise. They did however forward the response from the manager who offered a 50% discount on my next stay. That will never happen and good job on losing a customer. Super 8 should be embarrassed and I would recommend Wyndham not associate themselves with this motel.

I have never stayed in a super eight that was bad before. The front desk guy who seem to be the owner, was not friendly at all. There seem to be homeless people milling around and in the parking lot. Our room had a window air conditioner that did not blow out cold air. The room was hot, and the bathroom door wouldn’t even close all the way. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of cereal and a pancake machine that had dried batter stuck in it. It felt like a sketchy location! I would not go there again!

The place is reasonably priced and relatively well maintained. There are some signs of aging such as no drain plug in the bathroom sink and doors that need painting. It's great for an overnight stay while traveling and has a better than average breakfast. No hot food, but you can make pancakes and there are oa**eal packages. Overall it's a good, inexpensive hotel. I would stay there again.

Tv didn’t work in the first or second room Clerk was helpful in getting me to a room with a working TV but it sure was frustrating moving twice.

If you plan on staying for the least accommodation, but for a good price, this is your hotel. It is also easy to find.

I paid cash and they still wanted $100 deposit even though they had my card on file from reserving the room and the guy at front counter said they don’t like cash well sorry to say but cash is king other than that it was a good experience this is usually my go to hotel to stay at when in Lincoln

Room was clean and nice for a cheaper hotel. Rated service low as they had computer problems then couldn’t get me a key made for my room. Other then that I would stay again

There was people smoking in no smoking areas and it made the whole hotel smell of cigarettes, plus the smell of **** through the halls. The snacks provided at the front were expired and freezer burnt. One of the beds they provided were broke before we got there and they fat shamed my friend, saying he broke the bed. The bedroom keys malfunction often and all the sheets have stains, that look to be blood or bodily fluids. The paint job is terrible and the the wall paint in the bathroom was bubbling up. They pictures they provide on the website are fake and not accurate to the rooms AT ALL. There seemed to be only one to two outlets per room even if the rooms were meant to hold 4 people.
