Got in a 11pm. Concierge saw us walking in and went directly to the bathroom. Did not get service for 30 minutes, then she was incredibly rude.

Overall my stay was good. I mainly needed an overnight stop and a place to rest up for the night, and overall the place was clean and fulfilled my need. But imagine my disappoin**ent when I tried to take a shower in the morning and there was no water. The bathtub knob just turned and turned in both directions with nothing coming out of the tap. I ended up using a wash cloth at the bathroom sink to get cleaned up. My departure was at 4 AM and there was no one was at the front desk to talk to. I left a note in the key card sleeve. I hope someone read it.

They had rooms with "terraces" so you didn't have to walk all the way outside to smoke cigarettes.
