Check in was absolutely terrible. We got there around 1am after a day full of driving and the check in person asked if we were sure we had a reservation, we in fact did have a reservation. We got up to our room and the door would not open. As we were trying to get the door opened a person came out who clearly was on *****. We went back down stairs to get different keys. The check in person ended up saying that the lock must not be working and asked if we could switch to a double queen room. We said that was fine. We got up there and the room had not been serviced yet, a total mess. Very frustrated at this point, we went back down stairs and gave us a “free upgrade” of a king suite. I was so frustrated we should’ve been reimbursed in my opinion. Later we left for a few hours to come back to see both of the TVs on in our room, so it makes us wonder if someone was in our room while we were gone. Such a weird/terrible experience, we will NOT be back.
