The room is large, clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen with an electronic stove, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher and a small bar, making it suitable for families. The famous Walden Pond can be reached by car in ten minutes from the hotel. Very good experience.

Stayed here a night in May while touring the area. The hotel is located in an office park but close to major roads. (It is also near the MCI-Concord, but you don't notice it unless you happen to drive by it on your way in to the hotel.) The hotel is a typical Residence Inn, so you know what to expect. The service was solid, and the room was nice. It is also convenient to most major attractions in the Concord area.

Tricia was amazingly helpful! We were supposed to arrive in Boston at 6:30PM, then drive 2 1/2 hours to Vermont. When our flight finally arrived at 1:30AM, the Vermont drive was not an option. I called the Residence Inn at 2AM. Tricia was very friendly and gave us the last room they had. When we arrived at 3AM, she helped us pull-together a long overdue dinner. Concord is an amazingly beautiful town, full of deep history and New England charm.

This place is heads and shoulders above the other places in the vicinity. More recently renovated, more room space and better staff. Even the breakfast is a few steps above. Would like to see more maintenance of the parts of the rooms that require deep cleaning - wallpaper, upholstery, baseboards. That being said, it still ranks far higher than the Colonial Inn, the Best Western across the street (majorly rundown and old) or the Element.
