The Leo Collection Detroit, Ascend Hotel Collection

Room was clean.. the staff was great.. breakfast in the morning was ok.

Their main floor has rooms and conference/party rooms. They had a party one of the nights that I had a business trip. It was loud all night and I was not able to sleep. The rooms are clearly not well sound proofed. The staff and the hotel itself were great, but I was disappointed as the hotel owners should know better not to place guests so close to loud party/events which clearly disrupt nearby rooms.

Everything was great but the bed was so uncomfortably hard. I’m still sore a day later from sleeping on it.

Great stay. Loved the room. No complaints. Only change would be we wished they would have had some robes in the room and warmer sheets , comforter, or a blanket. We stayed in the king corner room with jacuzzi tub. Really Enjoyed it.

Hotel is fine for the price. Renovating is happening so should be good when done. Front desk folks really kind and nice.

Not so good bed way too hard very uncomfortable. Linen on bed had me itching. Very strange men walking around that place. And last but not least train railroad is right behind the hotel which was noisy throughout the night.

The staff was fabulous--friendly and engaged. Much appreciated.
