Lincolnshire Marriott Resort

Furniture needs to be updated. The property was flooded due to excessive rain. Couldn’t golf because of the moat surrounding the hotel. We received a letter on our last night stating the hotel was expecting to reach major flood levels. Guest were informed that their belongings would be removed from the room if they were not on-site. We altered our plans to go into the city and choose to stay near the property in case we needed to vacate. When asked for compensation for the inconvenience, hotel management refused. Really disappointing. So much for the Bonvoy loyalty membership.

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. Would have preferred not being "kicked out" at 9am by an eager housekeeper-

Rooms were not that clean i found hair on the bed and pillows and in the bathroom there was hair on the walls and ceiling the shower drain was full of hair and water was flowing over I actually have to clean out the drain myself. The mini fridge barely got your drinks cold and most of the time I watch tv the internet was lagging.

Very nice resort. Clean room and comfortable bed in my king size bedroom. Great food at Wright's Brew & Bistro - friendly staff as well. Excellent catered food for our conference! I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I called the front desk for a blanket but it never arrived and after calking back a few times, no one answered the phone. Even with that, I wouldn't hesitate to revisit this location.

Our first room had a foul odor to it and the front desk staff was very nice about moving us to a new room quickly.

I stayed for 10 nights on a business trip. The hotel and room are surprisingly outdated. Rooms are small. And the hotel itself is huge so it takes forever to walk anywhere. There is an on-site movie theater which is cool, although I didn’t use it. The spa was nice - I got a massage and facial although one of them was late for my appointment. Overall it was disappointingly mediocre. I would not stay here again.

Overworked staff, bar tenders running around taking table food orders; not tending bar; fumbling cutlery, plates. Rooms are out of date, need new toilets Booked room for overnight stay on a Saturday because we had tickets for an 8 PM performance at Lincolnshire Theatre that evening; only to find out that the performance was cancelled 2 weeks ago, without any notification; ( I . E email, sighs, phone call; etc)

Possibly consider a veteran discount or complementary for breakfast, especially on Christmas. We asked and it was an immediate no. Not even an offer to check with a manager, just immediate shut down. Property in the back and parking lot is not well lit. Paid for a king bed but seemed much smaller than our king bed at home. Staff was very friendly. Please also consider at least complementary coffee in the lobby for the mornings vs a $5 machine in the room.

Room was small, broken furniture, heat not working correctly, dirty kleenex in garbage, used almost lotion. Charged me 300 instead of 212.00. Will never stay here again!
