When I arrived at the store at 21:30 in the evening, the clerk actually told me that the room was overbooked and there were no rooms left! Although the front desk of the hotel on duty has tried its best to coordinate, but considering that the full payment and reservation have been made through Ctrip three days ago, the management of this Home2 and this impersonal service are obviously unacceptable...During the period, I called Ctrip to communicate, Ctrip customer service Bingbing responds quickly, coordinates and efficiently, like it! 👍

Everything was clean. The matresses were really hard.
Pool was fun, kids loved it but i thought it would be nicer if the water was warmer.

Room was clean and nice, bigger than expected. Bathroom was clean (wife commented that the shower door was sparkling clean). Check in and check out were both handled kindly by staff. Highly recommend.

Room was excellent. Even the pull-out sofa was comfortable. Loved the full size fridge. Kids loved the pool.
